CLE Webinar Series “Access to Justice”

We are pleased to partner with the Cincinnati Bar Association to provide a three-part webinar series titled “Access to Justice: Protecting Rights & Securing Basic Needs” during Pro Bono Month.
Each event, detailed below, has 1.5 hours of general CLE credits pending.
- 1:00-2:30pm, October 1: “Keeping Tenants Housed: Eviction Defense Basics” with John Altman, Esq. of Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati
- 1:00-2:30pm, October 10: “Protecting Income and Assets: How Ch. 7 bankruptcy secures basic needs for debtors experiencing poverty” with Elizabeth Tull Laureano, Esq. of Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio
- 1:00-2:30pm, October 17: “Keeping Homes in the Family: Estate planning and administration to preserve homeownership” with Amberly Newberry, Esq. of Scott E. Knox, Attorney at Law
The webinar series is free for CBA members and participating VLP attorneys, and $90 for non-members. CBA members and non-members can register online at cincybar.org.
