Anne Lucas, Managing Attorney
Anne is a 2002 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she completed the joint law and Women’s Studies Master degree program. After finishing her studies, Lucas moved to Connecticut and worked as a Staff Attorney for Connecticut Legal Services. Lucas also worked as a court mediator for the Connecticut Judicial Department. Anne joined the Legal Aid Society in August 2007, practicing in the areas of family, immigration, and education law, and representing children in abuse and neglect cases.
Rhonda King Tucker, Pro Bono Coordinator
Rhonda has been with the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati since 1987. She shares her time as a Paralegal on the Family Law Team. Rhonda oversees the Divorce Clinic Program that provides divorce representation in non-issue divorce cases in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren Counties. In addition to her more than 20 years of experience at Legal Aid, Rhonda attended the Paralegal Studies Program at Clermont College of the University of Cincinnati.
Tonya Young, Legal Assistant
Tonya is an experienced paralegal who worked in private law firms for several years. Tonya is passionate about helping Legal Aid and VLP clients. She brings excellent organizational and professional skills to working with volunteer attorneys. She earned her Bachelor of Science in paralegal studies, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Cincinnati.
Laura Crosthwaite, Legal Assistant
Laura has many years of experience as a paralegal and has worked for a large corporation, private law firms, as well as solo practitioners. She attended the College of Mount St. Joseph for Paralegal Studies. Laura is dedicated to furthering the cause of equal justice for the low-income clients of Legal Aid and the VLP.
